Calling All Allen Park Residents, Again

I just finished reading the Editorial in The News Herald titled: “Allen Park Deserves Better Leadership in Time of Crisis.” I thought of the many times I tried to reach the Allen Park citizens, pounding the same drum as the writer, to no avail. I was put down and ridiculed as if I didn’t know what I was talking about concerning Emergency Financial Manager. I see he is gaining the same in the comment section. I wrote in favor of the millage and I tried to rally voters to vote as well. They voted, alright, and they voted against it. I talked to people hoping they would gain enough insight to research the destruction of EFM’s in other cities, but it all fell on deaf ears. I will try again, only because it is a fundamental American issue, not just an Allen Park issue, not just a Michigan issue, but a United States of America issue. Cities are becoming like fallen soldiers to absolute control. The premise the voters are using is off base and incorrect. I don’t know what it will take to open their eyes, but I, too, will try again.

I read the news every day. I am just waiting for the rest of the Downriver Community to cave to the EFM’s, just like Allen Park. With Lincoln Park closing schools and trying desperately to save their own budget problems, I suspect they will be next. I expect Trenton to follow since they recently opened their school system to school of choice. I really hoped Allen Park would set an example of what it means to be a true American. To buckle down, do the right thing, and suck up whatever sludge they had to in order to maintain democracy. They let me down, but worse yet, they let themselves down. Still, they can’t get past the envy of pensions of police and fire. These people took their cuts. They tried to help, but the residents want to take all. They place the blame of the total crisis in the laps of those who protect their safety.

I don’t know why the residents of this sweet and quaint little city are blinded by the forest. I don’t understand why their desire to place blame where it doesn’t belong supersedes just jumping in and fixing the problem.

Watching Allen Park has taught me a lesson in politics. It has taught me that it is people like this, people that don’t “get it,” that have put us in the position politically that we are in now. It is minds that think and watch through closed windows and doors that surrender our rights, time after time, without even realizing what they are doing. They are so busy passing the buck, blaming the next guy, and protecting their leisure, that they given our politicians’ carte blanche to rape us of our rights. The head in the sand mentality enables one to blame, and deem themselves not responsible, and has led to the beginning of the fall of the crux of the American Constitution. Sure, vote no, who wants to pay more taxes? Why should we have to pay when they make too much money, that’s the real problem?” Come on, why should that American Soldier help his friend who just lost his legs, after all, it wasn’t because of his bomb, he didn’t do it. That seems to be the mentality. It isn’t like it should be. It should be, based on American values: We are in trouble and we need to help ourselves out of this situation. If not we will be taken over by a dictator, an American Hitler, put into place to control what you feel is most important. Remember: United We Stand!

To the people in Allen Park:

What is most important to you? I watched the residents speak out about the Sports Arena, but not one person spoke out about saving their city. Not one person, not one parent, spoke about saving education. The city, the children, and education should far outweigh the Sports Arena. The meaning of your homeland should be a priority. It’s really no different than surrendering to Hitler’s Nazi Germany. You lose control of everything. No voting, no city council fighting for your rights, nothing. A dictatorship led by one man which invalidates your votes. I don’t get it. Why is the focus on blaming anyone the residents can when there is so much more at stake?

I’ve listened to people blame the Mayor. I spoke with the Mayor, at length. He is more about saving Allen Park for the residents than the residents are. What’s in it for him? He doesn’t lose his job if an EFM is appointed, his income is preserved, but he loses the power to fight for you. He loves the city and he is doing everything he can do to save you from yourselves. Sadly, so many people blame him for not doing enough.

I’ve had enough mean comments from Allen Park resident’s to know the response will be something ultra intelligent like: “You are from Trenton, stay in Trenton.” I was even told I should be tarred and feathered and forced out of town. There is a bigger picture you don’t see, Allen Park, I am an American. You are a part of my American body. We all stand together as American’s. When an American Right is demolished, I want to fight for it. I want to breathe freedom back into the spirits that have lost it in the heap of blame. Many have given their lives for our freedom and I doubt the majority of those were Allen Park residents.

This isn’t about just Allen Park. This is about the condition of Michigan, in general. This is about a Governor that is undermining all cities. He is obliterating the core from the inside, out. He begins by attacking the funds in education, almost setting up the most secure cities to fall. Then once the city falls he takes over. Do the residents of Allen Park want absolute control by an Emergency Financial Manager who answers to nobody but the dictator, himself, Rick Snyder?

Are the Allen Park residents aware that Rick is going to abolish the property tax on businesses? That sounds like a good thing, doesn’t it? Well this is how it plays out for your city. Even if you would have had Unity Studios, all the taxes that the city would have received from taxes on the property at Unity Studios would be withdrawn from the city. Those funds go directly to the municipalities for education and other city services. I’m sure when the deal was cut with Unity it had that premise in mind. So, with this knowledge, know that Allen Park is going to be slammed again once those taxes are abolished. Know that the residents, and their children, are going to take another cut in income. All Michigan cities are going to take a hard slam on the loss of that revenue. What now, Allen Park? Do you really want to put the future of your city in the hands of the ogre that is trying to set us all up for failure in the first place?

If I were a resident of Allen Park, I wouldn’t just vote in a 4 mill increase for two years. I would go to the city and beg them to allow me to pay an 8 mill increase. That is the only way you can save yourselves and your city from the overthrow of our municipalities, by the very same person you are trusting to save you.

I hear Mayor Matakas is going to try to put the mill increase on the November 6th ballot. I hope you make it this time. I hope you step up to the plate and simply do what needs to be done. Remember, you are going to be counting on Dearborn for emergency services and they are going to take a $12-$17 million dollar hit when those property taxes are stopped. Do you think they will be able to afford to carry you then?

An Emergency Financial Manager is not an accountant that is going to help you figure out your budget crisis. It is a Dictator. Don’t come back at me with the inane statements of where I reside. When one American falls, we all do. When one city falls, it opens the doors for all the other cities. Be an American, for Pete’s sake. Do what needs to be done and grow past the issues of the city today for a brighter tomorrow. Show your kids the pride of Americanism. Quit being a quitter, a blamer, an irresponsible resident, and above all, quit feeding the Demon of Dictatorship.

Open your eyes.

Till the next time…Deuces,

Pam

Obama Is A Commie?

Article first published as Obama's a Commie? on Blogcritics.

This post is inspired by an article someone shared on Facebook linking President Obama to Marxist Communism. The only problem is it is being bred and nurtured by the opposite side of Communism; the extreme Fascist Conservative. That seems to be where we are these days, politically. If we are liberal, we are  "Anti God" Communists. It seems the people lip beating these issues don’t understand the Rights of the land they live in. Out of one side of their mouth they whine. They want less government involvement, but they diminish our rights. They are blazing Hell fire through our Constitution. They swing judgmental swords of condemnation at those who don’t dance to their Bible thumping drum. They say President Obama is trying to abolish family values and religion with a Communist Manifesto agenda. Of course, the comments on this page were multiple bible quotes of what is “really” right in the eyes of Yahweh, from the mouth of man. Family values? The degradation and segregation of family values initiated by the President of the United States is not what Obama insinuated. President Obama stood with the Rights of the Homosexual American.  I’m stuck on the blatant ignorance of the anti gay sediment linked to family values and communism.
I am the product of Italian Catholic grandparents who immigrated to America in search of the American Dream and the freedoms it stood for. They were hard working people. They had family values that were deeply rooted in their belief in Jesus Christ and in the family unit. They were proud to become American. They worked hard, voted yes in every millage, and gave back to the community. They were very loyal people. Their belief in God was the center of their world.

My grandparents had two sons. Both children were raised in America. One son, my father, banished the traditional family values, except the ones he could use to his advantage. The other, my uncle, clung to those traditional values, both in family and in God.

My father had a lot of hate. He was a bigot. He was anti anything that didn’t fit into his self righteous box. He passed judgment, not based on facts, but on what he merely thought.
My uncle had a lot of love. He didn’t pass judgment. He was excepting of all people.

Dad was a tool and die maker. Uncle Joe was a high school teacher. Dad didn’t have a degree. Uncle Joe had a Master’s Degree and the first published thesis, at the time, at Eastern Michigan University.

Dad married his childhood sweetheart and had three children. He also divorced, remarried, and adopted his wife’s three children, because she demanded it (or so he said.) In doing so, he also caved in to her wishes when she told him he had to make a choice between his blood three children and her. He did choose her (according to what she said.)

Uncle Joe never would abandon anyone he loved. He was always there to lend advice, a hug, or an ear. He wasn’t judgmental. He would never allow himself to be in a position to sell out his family. He was loyal. He didn’t have a wife. He didn’t have kids. Uncle Joe was a homosexual.

Through the years, I watched Uncle Joe suffer. I watched my father pass judgment on my Uncle, time after time. I listened to my father bash my uncle and he expected the rest of us to follow his lead. I wasn’t born to be a follower. I knew right from wrong. I, too, had learned family values and the meaning of family. I learned it in a different vein than my father. I learned the meaning of family values by watching, listening, and feeling the values Dad lacked.

Uncle Joe couldn’t come out of the closet. The shame was impossible for him. In his mind, he let down his God, his family, and my father. All he wanted was love and acceptance. His homosexuality was hidden from my grandparents; though I’m sure they thought something was different about him. They would have prayed about it. They would have prayed for forgiveness like they did for my father.

Uncle Joe fell to mental illness. His diagnosis was paranoid schizophrenia. Still, I was very close to him. I couldn’t turn on him because of homosexuality or mental illness. He was Uncle Joe. He didn’t always look the greatest. He didn’t always act the norm, but I couldn’t stop loving him. I couldn’t degrade him. I couldn’t pass judgment or blame him. It wasn’t my job. My job was to love him. He was still one of the most loving and influential people in my life. He had great words of wisdom.

Yes, I was ridiculed and degraded for staying close to him and not adapting to my father’s way of thinking. I was told I was just as crazy as he was. I was put down as if his acts were mine. That was a cross I would hang from again today. I was proud to stay by the side of a failing person. I was proud of who Uncle Joe helped create me to be. There was no way I could abandon him in ill health. There was no way I would abandon any human being because of homosexuality.

Near the end of his life Uncle Joe went to live with my father. He was losing bodily functions. I knew he couldn’t handle staying in my house with all the noise of six children, but I offered and I would have taken him in without malice. He really believed that at the end of his life he would finally find the love in my father’s heart. The most horrendous quote that I’ve heard to date came from that period in my life:

“You know what that crazy Son of a B**** said to me today? He asked me to sit in the bedroom and talk to him like Ma used to do. I told him ‘I’m not my f***ing mother.’ Then he asked me if I would just sit and hold his had like you used to do. I told him: ‘I’m not my f***ing mother and I’m not my f***ing daughter. If you want company you find a way to get your ass in that wheelchair and you come into the living room and sit with everyone else. If not you can sit in here alone then.”

I was mortified. I couldn’t and wouldn’t talk to a stranger on the street in that manner. I didn’t understand how my own father, my flesh and blood, could talk to his dying brother like that. I couldn’t believe he would brag about it, as if he made a valid statement. In disbelief, all I could squeak out of my unbelieving mind was: “Dad, I really worry about your soul.”

Uncle Joe was monitored while at my father’s house. He wasn’t allowed phone calls that weren’t listened to via extension. He wasn’t allowed to make calls. My father and his wife had to control every move. When Uncle Joe wanted something religious in his room, my dear, sweet, step mother commented: “We don’t keep any of that s*** in our house.”

Everything my Uncle owned was supposed to go to my father’s children, his blood children, and my father’s grandchildren, his blood grandchildren, but when cousins brought my father the list of wishes, Dad crumpled them up and said: “Too bad. It’s mine.”

I can’t help but to wonder how different my uncle’s life would have been if he was given freedom as a Homosexual American. I can’t help but wonder if he would have had deeper family relationships if he was simply respected as a person. Family values? Where are the family values in the heterosexual acts of my father? What are family values when they are based on condemnation and prejudice? What is value when one can’t simply be who they are, because of the judgment and fear of those that can’t understand? Family value, in truth, would be acceptance.  A family can’t have value unless every player in the game has their own personal value, above and beyond the choices of everyone else. If every member of a family doesn’t possess value and isn’t respected, the family value falls short. Family value built on lies and hidden hearts is solely built on pretense.

The value of societal pressure seems much higher than the value of family itself. Those who pass judgment on those who are different are prejudice. They are also cowards. They are afraid to accept what they don’t understand out of fear of accepting what others may deem unacceptable. Heaven forbid, don’t follow the path of love and loyalty. Keep hatred alive. Bash anyone, up to the President of the United States, if he doesn’t fit into your close minded process. Call it communistic, call it aborting family values, but what it really means is giving the Homosexual American the freedom always theirs. President Obama wasn’t securing the Communist Manifesto; he was taking a stand to a repressed sect in America. He was shouting out for freedom.

Of course, the proof texters, those with the Santa Claus spirituality, will bible thump in hyper speed, but they are wrong. When the day of judgment comes, which one do you really think will make it through your Golden Gates? I don't need your response. I think it's pretty much a no brainer.

Till the next time...Ciao.

THE SIN OF HOMOSEXUALITY (In Honor Of My Uncle Joe Del Giudice)

I sat listening to a friend of mine speak about his conservatism. My mind was captivated, not by his words, but by the thought that this once beautiful, free spirited, person had fallen to the super conservative, Tea Party, mentality. Then he spit out the question. I knew the question, in his mind, would answer his questions about me. I knew that my answer would solidify my sanity (or lack of it.)
“Do you believe gays should be able to get married?”

The question was dropped. He was certain I would never believe in gay marriage. That’s too far left. That’s crazy. That’s against God and the sanctity of marriage. I was sure to be damned with my answer. I would forever be deemed a pagan and/or heathen.

“Seriously?” I laughed, because I knew that was going to be the question before he even parted his lips. “I think it is absolutely none of my business.”

Then I went on to explain exactly how I felt:

When President Obama supported Homosexual American’s I was overwhelmed. I felt proud to be an American. I cheered the celebratory, “Yes!” Our leader spoke out for freedom. It’s been a long time. I knew, in that second of time, God smiled down upon us.

The Gay Marriage issue doesn’t affect me. I’m not gay. I do believe in God, but my God is a loving God who teaches us not to pass judgment on others. I can’t pass judgment on anyone for who they choose to love. It isn’t my place.

As an American, I have to stand on the side of freedom. In America, we have the right to love freely. We have the right to share our hearts, souls, and love without degradation, humiliation, and/or shame. Isn’t that what free means?

I was ashamed of the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. How can American leaders, leaders of a supposedly free country, ask someone to pretend to be someone they aren’t? I dug into that policy to find that it wasn’t meant to protect the wellbeing of the homosexuals, it was meant to keep the “good soldiers” from doing “bad” things. I was in awe. In America, someone had to wear a mask to protect the biased and ignorant from losing control. The responsibility of homophobic acts of violence towards a homosexual is put on the homosexual. Nice. Let’s make the homosexual responsible for an inferior mind. If it wasn’t for the good soldiers hatred and violence toward gay people he would be a good person and a strong and respected American soldier. Wow. Let’s dress little old ladies up as Zena, children as Hercules, and Gays as Ministers. Will that façade keep violent people from attacking? The law was meant to protect the heterosexual soldiers from the gay soldiers. Of course, we all know the gay community is all about violence, right? So, if we mask gays in the military than the good hetero soldier won’t be provoked and won’t have to face charges for killing or abusing a good homo soldier. Amazing.

I bet somewhere there are many misguided, bible thumping, Conservatives that agree, based solely on their beliefs in God. After all, isn’t the bible the tool pushed by the Conservatives to speak out about the gay community? Isn’t that act, in itself, anti God and against that same bible they thump? Of course it is. I guess they forgot about the other sexual passages in the bible. You know, the one about our mouths being forbidden to touch genitals? Or how about that sodomy thing, are they so against that in their own sexual habits?

We all are Americans. We are all supposed to be free. Our nation doesn’t, and isn’t even supposed to, cater to the religious practices of some and condemn the rights of another. Americans are Americans first. Who they choose to be with is simply between them and their God. We don’t have the right to crucify anyone for their choices. We don’t have a right to try to alter who they are. They, too, are creatures created of the same God, if that is what one chooses to believe.

I feel sorry for the close minded that believe they have a right to make those judgment calls as if they were superior. They aren’t. I feel even worse for the ignorance that allows one to believe they are better than, stronger than, or more valid to God, based solely on their sexuality. I think I feel the worst for the people that buy into the political rhetoric, you know, where the politicians use God as if they are God’s Army, to push anti gay sentiment and people actually believe them? The truth is the politicians play on that as weakness. They manipulate the base with God and it works to draw votes (and to protect the insurance companies from having to pay anything they can avoid.) That is far more of a slam against my God than someone that simply loves.

If you’re worried about a place in Hell, will it be the gay person that loves and commits to another with all his heart and soul over those who pass judgment and think they have a right to limit a person using and manipulating God for their own agenda? I’m not God, but I think it’s pretty much a no brainer.

I do want to shout out to the President, “Job well done!” Thank you, President Obama, for the pride I felt.

All Americans are created equal. We all have the same rights. We should all be respected.

This one is for you, Uncle Joe, (and to many of my friends who have struggled with their sexuality) who had to live in the closet all of your life. How different would your life have been if it wasn't for your guilt as an Italian/Catholic homosexual. You were a brilliant man. You had a real and genuine soft heart. They chastised you, shocked your brain with "treatments," and shunned you. I am so sorry you had to live that way. I always knew you were gay, you know I knew, we talked openly about it. I loved you then, I love you now, and I will continue to fight for the rights you didn't have. You were more of a man than my own father. You knew how to love and you showed it to me and my children. We never passed judgment, you were Uncle Joe, and we all will never forget the role you had in our journey. The world owed you better and you could have flourished. I know your Hell on earth granted you immunity from the proposed "Hell fire." God knew your heart...as did I. I love you.
Till the next time…

Allen Park: You Can Do It!

On Tuesday, May 8th, the 4 mill increase will be waiting at the polls. Will the Allen Park residents vote and pass, or not? Unfortunately, many of the Allen Park residents are angry and their anger is unreasonable, unrealistic, and misdirected, along with their priorities.
I was at the city council meetings. I saw the residents concern: The hockey rink. Sports seem to be the priority these days, superficial and insignificant. I read the beloved sports arena is up for privatization. Unbelievable. Let’s forget education, police and fire protection, and numerous other city services.
Yes, Allen Park did fall into a cesspool of financial disaster. It wasn’t any fault of the residents or the current administration. It wasn’t the fault of the fire department or the police department. It wasn’t the fault of current mismanaged funds. It happened. Blame is useless. “Why” doesn’t matter. It simply is. There is no way past the situation of failed Studio bonds, leases, and promises.
Allen Park’s Mayor has lost sleep over this issue. He is well aware of the state dominated condition known as Emergency Financial Manager. He understands and fears the “absolute control” of a Rick Snyder appointed Allen Park dictator, not only for himself and his family, but for the residents. So sad, the residents are behaving like co-dependent enablers of a sports entranced mentality. The dysfunctional shift blame as if it shields them from taking responsibility. Responsible adults face situations that need rectified, seeking resolution, not scapegoats.
Residents seem to be on a whine mission. Would you like some cheese to go with that? Whining will gain nothing. Blaming will fix nothing. Privatizing will only hurt the city condition. The only way out of the “trick bag” of the previous administration is through this millage.
I hope the residents know that since the letter was sent to the State asking for  “help” there have been meetings with Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, and other connecting cities to take on the role of the AP fire department. Oh, I can hear the banter of the whiners now: “Well they wouldn’t take pay cuts. Why are they entitled to their contract? Why are they not taking more cuts in pay? It’s the Mayor and his family....” Really? Seriously? The resident fire fighters and police are supposed to take job cuts and vote in the millage, too, to pay for what AP residents don’t want to? The city employees should pay twice? Yeah, they would, but it’s sad that residents expect city employees to pay twice for benefits they refuse to pay once.
Why should Dearborn or the Heights have to pay their taxes to cover the skins of the Allen Park residents that don’t want to cover their own? Allen Park is NOT the responsibility of Dearborn or the Heights. Why should any city absorb the services for residents too selfish and petty to provide for themselves. Don’t hide behind the city service conservative banter of “tired of giving the police and fire departments a handout.” It doesn’t look good when the mouths that speak are reaching their hand out to take the services paid for by someone else. I think that's called hypocricy.
So, scream, “YEAH!” to Dearborn and Dearborn Heights for taking on the AP burden. That’s one less bill AP will have to pay, right? Foolish. The “that will fix em” mentality doesn’t fall short of unpatriotic and pathetic. I hope AP residents suck it up when they call 911 for a catastrophic fire and Dearborn and the Heights are too busy to service the "poor" people in Allen Park who chose not to pay for these services. I hope it’s not your house that is burning down, or your child’s or grandchild’s, when that time comes. I’ve been there; it isn’t a nice place to be.
The city is asking for a 4 mill increase in taxes for two years. The tax base is falling so it isn’t a huge gouge in the taxpayers’ pockets. Keep the Allen Park city services strong. Keep the firemen in your own back yard. Keep the police at every corner protecting you, your children, and your grandchildren. Keep Allen Park the city that you love and respect. Vote for the millage. Make a point, take off work, and do whatever it is you have to do, but vote that millage in. If not, well, Heaven help you, Allen Park. Life under an EFM dictator isn’t what you want. It isn’t worth the pennies you will save.

Ironically, the EFM can end all contracts for city services. They can sell off any property they choose, without resident support. They can also raise those taxes that the residents seem so afraid of. The EFM only answers to Rick Snyder. There aren't votes needed. The question is: Will it only be a 4 mill increase then? Who knows.

I can't even begin to explain to those who choose not to learn. The dangers of falling into the hands of an Appointed Dictator isn't what the people of Allen Park have ever been about. If this millage fails I guess the pennies saved was worth the sell out. The power is in your hands Allen Park. You make your choices. The police union waived their raises. Now, quit whining please. Do your job. Buckle down, suck it up, and take responsibility for your city. Don't give it away. If the millage fails, so do the people. Your choice. Make it a good one.
Remember, if you aren’t a part of the solution you are a part of the problem.

You can do it. I have faith. Vote “Yes” on the Allen Park millage.
Till the next time…Peace out,

Pam

The Fall Of Lady Liberty

Article first published as The Fall of Lady Liberty on Blogcritics.

If I could reach every inmate in this prison we are creating, called America, I would shake them awake. I have never seen so many constitutional rights aborted as have been in the past few years, unilaterally. This is not a party issue. This isn’t about Liberals and Conservatives. They are equally responsible for tying our hands and to taping our mouths. The truth: Republican/Conservative, Democrat/Liberal are working together with the exact same agenda. Our government is over throwing our U.S. Constitution as we sit idle. Bill S 1813, aka: Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act is a classic example of how they are slowly terminating of our rights. This bill is intended to reauthorize federal aid highway safety construction programs. That’s all fine and good, right? Wrong. Let’s move on to the amendment to Bill S 1813: Section 40304.

Now, it’s bad enough that there is legislation to force every car to have a black box installed by 2015 so we can be tracked, but there is a definite hit to freedom in section 40304 that is a little more alarming.

Section 40304 gives the Internal Revenue Service the absolute power to:

Place a person in a central database.

Revoke all passports and travel rights.

Remove the rights to own a firearm.

The I.R.S will have the power, without the constitutional promise of due process, to invoke these conditions upon any American if they claim a person owes $50,000 or more in back taxes. The I.R.S claim will have the power to strip a person of their given rights as an American. Somehow stripping rights based on a simple accusation by the Internal Revenue Service fits in with the recent NDAA law, doesn’t it?

The real issue isn’t that one could lose rights for not paying taxes. It’s the fundamental issues. It’s the constitutional issues of Due Process and the Right to Bear Arms. NDAA allows the President to accuse, arrest, and detain, indefinitely without charges. NDAA enables our military to strike on our own soil if there is suspected terrorism. (Our military was never allowed to strike on our own soil to prevent dominate control.) NDAA also allows for executions. The Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act grants the Internal Revenue Service the powers to strip rights on a whim, again, without any proof. All they need to substantiate Domestic Terrorism is the accusation. The power of Due Process is failing when laws are signed giving absolute power abolishing the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Of course, the 2nd Amendment has to be abolished, too, right? We don’t need guns, do we? Why should the American people be allowed to own a firearm? We have seen what the government does once they get their foot in the door on any issue. This is the beginning of the trickle down that will eventually collapse the Right to Bear Arms under the false and fabricated Domestic Terrorist laws.  Are we going to bite into the Domestic Terrorism apple? Are we going to believe a tax dodger is a terrorist? The Right to Bear Arms, along with its sister, Due Process can’t exist in a state of tyranny. With all these laws being passed against Americans what happens when guns are stripped away and people are rendered helpless (and hopeless?) It begins with one small law being made against the 2nd Amendment and it will snowball. The Patriot Act snowballed into the NDAA. Think about these issues in totality, not in a secular spotlight. Look and pay close attention to where we are headed.

I can’t help but wonder what happens with Corporate America. The Supreme Court ruled corporations as people. If corporations are in tax arrears do they lose their rights? How about all the politicians that fall delinquent on their taxes? Are they penalized or exempt from 40304? (Note: Politicians owe millions in back taxes.)

These laws were never put into place to keep the terrorists from attacking us. The terrorists are going to terrorize, no matter what laws are implemented. Fear is a great moderator and the government keeps using it to mold the minds of those who don’t dig deeper and see the truth. The government uses key phrases in their mission to desecrate American freedoms. Their words instill fear. How does the fear of Middle Eastern Taliban terrorists morph into Domestic Terrorism? It’s words meant to bend the minds of those who believe. The Patriot Act, NDAA, and Bill S 1813, sec 40304 are Anti American, Anti Freedom, and Anti Constitution laws. They are meant to control us while they hide behind the face of protection.

The government has pushed it to the point of allowing the I.R.S to be a judge and jury and to cast sanctions. Bill S 1813 has already passed the American Senate and is waiting for House approval. Our Senators voted in favor of 40304. Will our House of Representatives go along? Will the President sign it into law? Are they going to claim the rest of the bill was worth passing and they missed the added pork?

Domestic Terrorism is a broad term. The government can accuse any of us, at any time, of being a Domestic Terrorist, and we don’t even get our day in court. Nice.

I’d like to make my own key term to banter to the masses: Elected Terrorists. That is where the fear really lies. The mission of the Elected Terrorist is to rape us of freedom and to gain absolute control. Our constitution was set up with Checks and Balances. It was created to keep any form of government having absolute control.

The Internal Revenue Service shouldn’t have any power, without charge and due process, over our fundamental freedom. How is not paying taxes a terrorist act? It’s not. It is merely the beginning of the disarming the American people. With Due Process becoming invisible a freedoms disappear. Are you ready to hand over your firearm? Think long and hard.

I hear Hitler’s famous quote whispering in my ear: “All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.” In my mind the word terrorism follows.

Till the next time...
